Ode to NeonNeon lights, what gaudy things you are. Bright, buzzing, and colored with the spectrum of sin and excess. How I miss you so, A child does not know the seedy backrooms, nor the lustful thoughts of the patrons you attract. You were a magical thing for me to behold, Flickering with a mysterious glow.
Nights bringing my father from the airport at nights, the ride back I would see your bright lights in the humid Florida air. I miss those lights,
you were the night stars to a young boy from Miami. You were the whimsy in a city of nefarious deeds.

Rouge Observations: deathI have a friend of mine who's mother is dying of cancer right now, and I recently went to see her in the hospice. It was a somber few hours I spent in there talking to her and listening to her speak and reminisce about days past. She can't move from her bed; she can't eat too much or she will puke; and before I left she squeezed my hand and kissed me on the cheek. A sad moment, but it got me thinking about things. How do you die peacefully? Can you even go to the darkness with no regrets? Maybe I'm still too young, and haven't lived long enough to really see life at its best or worst. What I think it boils down to is this, you either age well Rouge Observations: death

I'm back! and this time I'm bringing hell with me!

Well folks I'm finally done with a mountain's worth of bullshit that reality dumped on me. Its been one hell of a hiatus but I am back on my game baby! I am going to be posting more works I have made, but more importantly I may be posting film here in the near future. In the mean time, I am going to try a type of poetry form that I have been contemplating as of late. It will be confusing, but has a rhyme to its chaotic reason. You will only be able to see it if you are willing to read that much into it. I hope you have some fun!
